Can I give someone access to the system to view reports without being able to change anything (view only account)?

Yes. There is a role called Viewer that can be given to a user so they can see dashboards and reports in Bocada Cloud with real-time data but perform no functions. To learn more about the Viewer role, see the support article: What can the Viewer role do?
