How often does Bocada Cloud collect backup data?

For all paid subscription plans (and during the free trial period), each Bocada Cloud connection to a backup application collects data on an hourly schedule, at the same minute each hour. For example, it may collect backup data at the fourth minute every hour, such as 11:04, 12:04, 1:04, 2:04, etc.

If you have set up multiple connections, each connection may collect data on a different schedule (at a different minute each hour) to balance load data collection tasks. For example, connection #1 may collect data at the fourth minute each hour; however, connection #2 may collect data at the fifth minute each hour. 

For the free subscription plan, data collection occurs once a day at midnight GMT.
