Summary
Bocada Cloud's Ultimate subscription plan includes all available feature/functionality to automate your backup and storage monitoring and reporting. That includes all connectors to collect data from more than 50 backup, inventory and storage applications on an hourly basis; all reports and automation tools; integrations with ticketing systems, plus advanced reporting including Backup Policy Compliance and Backup Media reporting, the Bocada AI Agent, and more.
Additionally, subscribing to the Ultimate plan allows customers to select a specific geographic region where their data will be hosted (such as in Azure's Australia or Europe regions for example).

30-Day Free Trial & Post-Trial
New Bocada Cloud customers start on a 30-day free trial of the Ultimate subscription plan. At the end of the trial, they can select the Ultimate plan and enter a payment method to continue the use the product with no change in functionality. Or, they can choose to downgrade to the Pro or Standard subscription plans.
Note: After the 30-day free trial period is complete, a message will display in Bocada Cloud that a user with a Billing Owner role will need to select a subscription plan to continue using the product. There is a three-day grace period, and then after three days, the account will be automatically transitioned to a very limited set of feature/functionality.
After this transition occurs, a customer has up to 90 days to subscribe to a plan to restore the configurations made during the trial period. After 90 days, the configurations will be deleted.
