Ticketing Integrations 

You can automatically generate a ticket/incident in any ticketing system when a backup job or data collection fails after a specific number of consecutive attempts. For API-integrated ticketing solutions, Bocada Cloud can also update an opened ticket if there are additional failures, as well as auto-close a ticket/incident when a failure has been resolved on a subsequent attempt.

Ultimate subscription customers have additional ticketing options, including the ability to generate a ticket when an in-progress backup job runs longer than X hours/days. And if using Veeam Backup & Replication, Bocada Cloud can also generate a ticket when a Veeam backup job has been disabled.
