The Super Administrator user role is the most powerful role with access to the full range of monitoring and reporting functionality in Bocada Cloud. An individual who signs up and registers for Bocada Cloud on their own (was not invited/added to Bocada Cloud by another user) will be automatically assigned the Super Administrator role. Note: there can be more than one user with a Super Administrator role.
Specifically, the Super Administrator can:
- Add, edit or delete connections to any/all backup applications
- Create and edit organizations
- Add and edit users
- Associate users with organizations
- Assign and change user roles
- View dashboards across all organizations
- View all types of reports across all organizations
- Change report criteria and settings (e.g. sort, filters, column order) for any/all reports
- Save, share, favorite and export any/all reports
The only functions the Super Administrator cannot perform are related to payment which only the Billing Owner can manage. However, a Super Administrator can also have a Billing Owner role.
