Summary
Bocada Cloud's Standard subscription plan includes a sub-set of feature/functionality that is available in the Pro plan. It includes connectors to collect backup & storage data from a set of standard applications every four hours; six standard reports that can be configured and saved as custom reports; and custom email notifications to alert you when backup jobs or data collections fail.

30-Day Free Trial & Post-Trial
New Bocada Cloud customers start on a 30-day free trial of the Ultimate subscription plan. At the end of the trial, they can select the Ultimate plan and enter a payment method to continue the use the product with no change in functionality. Or, they can choose to downgrade to the Pro or Standard subscription plans.
Note: After the 30-day free trial period is complete, a message will display in Bocada Cloud that a user with a Billing Owner role will need to select a subscription plan to continue using the product. There is a three-day grace period, and then after three days, the account will be automatically transitioned to a very limited set of feature/functionality.
After this transition occurs, a customer has up to 90 days to subscribe to a plan to restore the configurations made during the trial period. After 90 days, the configurations will be deleted.
