Learn more about SSO capabilities in Bocada Cloud
Bocada Cloud enables new and existing users to sign in with their Microsoft work account to ease the login process and improve security by using work credentials (that may include multi-factor authentication and other security measures used by a company).
New users can create their Bocada Cloud account using their Microsoft work (not personal) account, speeding the process of registration. Existing Bocada Cloud users can sign-on with their Microsoft work account as long as it matches the email address used for initial Bocada Cloud account registration.

Unsuccessful Sign-In with Microsoft work account
If you see an admin approval message (like the screen shot below), you have a few options:
1 - Avoid using SSO and log into Bocada Cloud with your Bocada Cloud username and password.
2 - Ask your IT administrator to approve SSO between your Microsoft organizational account and Bocada Cloud.
3 - Ask your IT administrator to relax the consent permissions for your Microsoft organizational account to allow individuals to consent to use their Microsoft work account for SSO. See the screen shots below for what the IT administrator can do inside the Microsoft Entra Admin Center:
If you have issues using your Microsoft work account to sign-in after trying these steps, create a Support Ticket in Bocada Cloud, or contact us.
