Summary
Bocada Cloud's Pro subscription plan includes all feature/functionality currently available in the product. That includes all connectors to collect data from more than 25 backup applications on an hourly basis; more than 10 standard reports that can be configured and saved as custom reports; custom email notifications to alert you when backup jobs or data collections fail; automated report distribution via email; integrations with ticketing systems, and much more.

30-Day Free Trial & Post-Trial
New Bocada Cloud customers start on a 30-day free trial of the Pro subscription plan. At the end of the trial, they can select the Pro plan and enter a payment method to continue the use the product with no change in functionality. Or, they can choose to downgrade to the Free subscription plan with a limited set of feature/functionality.
Note: After the 30-day free trial period is complete, a message will display in Bocada Cloud that a user with a Billing Owner role will need to select a paid or free subscription plan to continue using the product. There is a three-day grace period, and then after three days, the account will be automatically transitioned to the Free plan which has a limited set of feature/functionality.
After this transition to the Free subscription plan occurs, a customer has up to 90 days to subscribe to the Pro plan to restore the configurations made during the trial period. After 90 days, the configurations will be deleted.
