Why do I need to create a username and password to login into the Bocada Cloud support portal?

Bocada Cloud only provides support for customers of the product. For example, to view the status of an open support ticket you have submitted requires a login to the support portal. However, we have made the option to search the knowledgebase and to open a support ticket available without requiring you to log into the support portal.

At this time, customers must create a separate login for the support portal itself but single-sign on between the Bocada Cloud application and the support portal is on the product roadmap.
