How do I create a support case / submit a support ticket?

Bocada Cloud offers online support through a ticketing system in our support portal. Users that are actively logged into Bocada Cloud can open new support tickets here: https://help.bocada.com/tickets-view/new

Additionally, in the Bocada Cloud application, the ability to open a support ticket is an option from the Support icon on the left navigation menu, as well as from the Support widget on the Home page Dashboard.
