# How often does Bocada Cloud collect backup data?

Bocada Cloud connection to a backup application collects data on a default frequency specific to each subscription plan:

- Ultimate subscription plan - every hour
- Pro subscription plan - every hour
- Standard subscription plan - every four hours

By default, the data collection for a connection will occur at the same minute each hour. For example, it may collect backup data at the fourth minute every hour, such as 11:04, 12:04, 1:04, 2:04, etc. (All times are UTC).

If you have set up multiple connections, each connection may collect data on a different schedule (at a different minute each hour) to balance load data collection tasks. For example, connection #1 may collect data at the fourth minute each hour; however, connection #2 may collect data at the fifth minute each hour. <https://help.bocada.com/knowledge/custom-data-collection-frequency?hsLang=en>
