On the left navigation menu, click the Administration icon and then on the expanded left menu, select Users. This will display a list of current users under the main organization account (which is the entity that pays for Bocada Cloud).
On the far right, click the pencil icon (edit) on the row of the user you want to make changes to. This will display an Edit User screen that shows the user’s name, and what role(s) have been assigned to them. To change their role, either:
- Toggle on/off the Super Administrator or Billing Owner options if you want to add or remove those roles
- To edit a role: In the User Roles section, you can click the pencil icon to edit the organization and/or role(s) for the user
- To add a role: In the User Roles section, click the three dots on the far right and select New Organization Role. Then choose which organization you want to grant the user access to, and what role you would like to assign to them.
