Custom sub-domain in Bocada Cloud URL

You can use your domain as a sub-domain in the Bocada Cloud URL to log into the application. That way, users added to your Bocada Cloud account can login using this custom URL which includes your organization's domain name. Users can continue to use the default Bocada Cloud URL to login if they choose.

Example: If your domain is "Acme.com," the custom URL will be: https://acme.bocada.com

Note: your domain is derived from the email address of the user who established the Bocada Cloud account. If the first user who signed up for Bocada Cloud had an email address of "john.doe@acme.com" then "acme.com" is the domain associated with the Bocada Cloud account.

Instructions:

1 - Log into Bocada Cloud.

2 - Navigate to the Administration section on the left navigation menu and select Branding

3 - Click the second tab called Custom URL.

4 - Click the toggle button to enable the custom URL that includes your domain as the sub-domain in the Bocada Cloud web address.

5 - Click the Save button.

6 - Now, any of the users you have added to your Bocada Cloud account can use the custom URL as their Bocada Cloud login page.
