# Can I use AI to analyze backup job failures and get remediation recommendations?

## Learn how to use built-in Bocada AI analysis of backup job failure data and get recommendations to fix issues

Customers who are subscribed to the [**Ultimate plan**](https://help.bocada.com/knowledge/ultimate-subscription-plan?hsLang=en) can use Bocada AI to quickly analyze backup job failure data to better understand why the job failed and get remediation recommendations.

If you have connected Veeam Backup & Replication to Bocada Cloud, you have additional functionality to collect error logs and stake traces to enhance AI analysis. [Learn how](https://help.bocada.com/knowledge/veeam-backup-failure-analysis?hsLang=en) 

### **Backup Job Failure AI Analysis & Recommendations**

All Bocada Cloud reports that display backup job failures have a *Detail Log* column that includes the *AI Analysis* icon (robot).

If you would like to analyze the failure and get remediation recommendations, click the *AI Analysis* icon and the Bocada AI panel will display. It will automatically use the data from the backup job failure in its analysis and determine potential root causes:
